Recently, Apple announced the exact date that the iPad will be released in 9 new international countries including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK. The date has been revealed as Friday, 28 May while pre-orders can be made in any of those countries starting tomorrow, Monday May 10.
The dealmaker or potential dealbreaker is what price has Apple chosen for your region and whether it is appealing enough to sell the device. Although, to be fair, this practice has diminished significantly over the past 5 years.

So what are the prices for your region? Regions are listed below with prices for all models. German prices are noted in particular due to the controversy surrounding them (scroll down for more) – European prices are very close and thus other Euros are not covered in detail.
